EXPERIENCED LITIGATION PARALEGAL

Role Description The Experienced Litigation Paralegal is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO. This position supports the District’s legal team with all aspects of litigation, including case management, file organization, and coordination of deadlines. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, assisting with discovery, conducting legal research, and organizing case materials for hearings and trials. The role involves drafting and formatting pleadings and motions, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with internal stakeholders and external counsel. The paralegal will also help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and contribute to process improvements within the legal department. Qualifications Strong skills in legal document preparation and document review, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in legal research using online databases and other resources. Experience drafting, organizing, and filing pleadings and motions in litigation matters. Knowledge of litigation procedures, case management, and court rules. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear, professional correspondence. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently and collaboratively. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
