Job Description Job Description Resinall Corp, an Ergon Company, is seeking a Process Engineering Co-Op to join our Process Engineering team in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. This position provides an engineering student with hands-on experience supporting manufacturing processes, monitoring operations, and troubleshooting processing challenges. The Process Engineering Co-Op will apply engineering principles to help improve manufacturing methods, product quality, process performance, and equipment effectiveness while working within established safety and cost guidelines. Education & Qualifications Completion of at least two semesters in an accredited engineering program , preferably Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum 3.0 GPA . Ability to commit to a minimum of three co-op semesters alternating with school . Self-motivated with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities Support the design and improvement of equipment, manufacturing processes, process controls, and production layouts. Conduct research, testing, and data collection to evaluate manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Monitor process and product variables, including temperature, viscosity, acid number, and pressure, to help maintain effective process control. Apply engineering principles to troubleshoot processing challenges and support safety, environmental, quality, and cost objectives. Assist with the development and maintenance of engineering tools and other resources used to support manufacturing operations. Why Ergon?
