Step into a unique opportunity as a Physical Therapist supporting students across several schools in southern St. Johns County. This contract position runs from ASAP through December 18, 2026, and is designed for a dedicated PT seeking flexibility and a focused caseload. If you reside in Palm Coast, Daytona, Flagler, Palatka, or the southern St. Augustine area, you’ll find the schools conveniently accessible.

As a part-time role, your week will include 1.5 days of onsite commitment, with 8-hour workdays. You’ll make a meaningful impact on a manageable caseload of 15-20 students, providing essential physical therapy services and promoting student success in the educational environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Florida
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Comfortable working independently—no PTA supervision available
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, staff, and families
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between school sites in southern St. Johns County

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ physical therapy needs
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to foster student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance requirements
