Chief of Staff - Health Tech: Strategy, Growth & Ops

Clair Health seeks a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO, owning high-priority projects from problem definition to shipping the answer. You will help shape strategy, operating rhythms and cross-functional execution at a hardware/clinical health startup. The ideal candidate is a former founder or someone planning to found a company, comfortable with ambiguity, and ready to learn by doing alongside the CEO. You'll lead strategic initiatives, fundraising efforts and team growth.
