Entry-Level Marketing and Events Associate

Synergize is hiring an  Entry-Level Marketing & Events Associate to join our team in Rancho Cordova.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, community outreach, nonprofit campaigns, communication, and customer engagement while working alongside an experienced team.

No previous marketing experience is required—we train you.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit campaigns at local events and community outreach locations
• Engage with members of the public in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• Explain nonprofit missions and campaigns clearly
• Help generate awareness and support for community programs
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Track personal and team goals
• Learn and apply new communication and outreach strategies
• Take on leadership responsibilities as you develop

Training & Development

You'll start with training and hands-on mentorship before representing a campaign independently.

The Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-person position based out of our Rancho Cordova office.

Our work takes place both with the team and out in the community at events and outreach campaigns.
