Job Details Job Title: Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent Pay Rate: $20 / hour (plus significant bonus opportunities) Schedule: Full‑time, open availability required from 9:00AM to 9:00PM EST, Monday‑Sunday Location: 100% Remote in CST & EST time zones Position Responsibilities Answer inbound calls to assist customers with health insurance enrollment. Guide callers through the application and enrollment process step‑by‑step. Strictly adhere to all compliance and regulatory standards. Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently while on calls. Assist individuals in understanding their plan options and selecting the best fit for their needs. Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism with every caller. Position Requirements An active Health Insurance License is required (resident license in one of the listed states). FFM / Marketplace Certified for 2026, or a willingness to complete certification before the start date. High school diploma or GED. A professional, distraction‑free remote work setup with reliable, wired internet access. Proven ability to multitask and seamlessly navigate various platforms.
