Materials Handler

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Material Handler

Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Rochester, MN
Schedule- Evening hours - 2 p.m. -1030 p.m. (Sunday through Thursday night)
Overnight hours - 10 p.m. to 0630 a.m. (Sunday through Thursday night)

As a Material Handler you will:

• Correctly receive, replenish, pick, pack, and ship materials for MIC.
• Handle crediting processes and ensure accurate documentation.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Follow proper rotation and industry storage guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Adhere to housekeeping standards within the facility.
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics and productivity standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory staff.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills (helpful for inventory and documentation).
• Ability to meet productivity standards consistently.
• Availability for occasional overtime.
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training for all responsibilities

• Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or material handling.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and industry best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $18 - $21 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
