Marketing Manager – Playa Grande Golf & Ocean Club We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in Beverly Hills, CA. This marketing role requires a professional who understands the nuances of luxury brand positioning and member communications. The ideal candidate will have experience crafting campaigns that resonate with high‑net‑worth audiences, managing digital and print channels, and translating the club’s unique culture into compelling brand storytelling. As a golf & country club, Playa Grande Golf & Ocean Club offers a setting where tradition meets excellence, and the right professional can make a lasting impact on the club’s trajectory. Responsibilities Craft and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with high‑net‑worth audiences. Manage digital and print marketing channels to support the club’s brand. Translate the club’s culture into compelling brand storytelling. Collaborate across functions to align marketing strategy with business objectives. Deliverables & Tools Monthly Marketing Playbooks – Seasonal campaign templates, retention tactics, onboarding sequences, and content calendars designed for private clubs. Peer Roundtables – Monthly conversations with GMs, membership directors, and industry leaders about what’s working and what’s next. Instagram Engagement Group – An exclusive group of club professionals supporting authentic engagement to boost reach and visibility. Industry Benchmarking – Aggregated data from clubs nationwide, including marketing spend and staffing ratios. Job Board & Career Referrals – Exclusive access to private club job listings nationwide, plus direct referrals from PCM’s network. Network of Established Professionals – Connect with GMs, directors, board members, and executives across private clubs and luxury hospitality.
