Partners with business leaders to drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and deliver actionable insights. Oversees forecasting, planning, and analysis activities, translating complex financial data into clear recommendations that improve operational and financial outcomes.Essential FunctionsPartner with business unit and operations leaders to understand objectives, evaluate performance, and drive actions that improve financial resultsLead the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans, ensuring alignment with business strategyProvide insights into key drivers of performance, including cost, productivity, and profitability, and recommend actions to address risks and opportunitiesAnalyze manufacturing and/or product line performance, identifying trends and supporting data-driven decision-makingSupport strategic initiatives such as capital investments, cost optimization, insourcing/outsourcing, and process improvementsTranslate financial results into clear, actionable insights for leadership, enabling informed business decisionsCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and other business partners to improve processes and deliver business outcomeDrive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and tools to enhance efficiency and insight generationEnsure financial data integrity and alignment with company policies while maintaining a focus on enabling the businessPerforms additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.Additional Essential FunctionsLead or participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aligned to business prioritiesInfluence and support change management efforts across the organizationProvide mentorship and professional development for team membersContribute to enterprise-wide finance initiatives and best practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred6+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, operations finance, or business-facing finance roles2+ years of experience leading or mentoring finance professionalsSkills and AbilitiesStrong business acumen with the ability to connect financial results to operational performanceProven ability to influence decisions and partner effectively with leaders at all levelsAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrong communication skills, with experience presenting financial concepts to non-financial audiencesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentProcess-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiencyProficiency with financial systems, data tools, and standard business softwarePhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
