What You’ll Be Doing In this sales‑driven role, you’ll operate in a high‑output, phone‑first environment and learn to run your own recruitment desk like a business. You will: Source, engage, and headhunt top talent through calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound prospecting Build meaningful candidate relationships, understanding motivations, technical skill sets, and long‑term goals Sell relevant job opportunities and manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle Generate high‑quality leads, market insight, and commercial intelligence to support the client team Oversee interview processes, feedback cycles, and offer negotiations Work within a high‑performing, collaborative team that’s focused on collective success Recruitment is fast‑paced, competitive, and financially rewarding; ideal for individuals who thrive in a target‑driven, commercial setting.
