Our organization is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a skilled advanced practitioner to become part of our geriatric program located in the greater Portland area of southern Maine. This is a full-time role, requiring 30 hours per week.

The primary focus of this position is to provide essential care for geriatric patients across various long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Ideal candidates will possess strong clinical abilities, a caring approach to patient interactions, and a collaborative mindset that emphasizes teamwork in delivering care.
