What You'll Be Doing As a Chef Manager , you'll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including: Leading and motivating the kitchen team. Planning and preparing fresh, high-quality meals. Managing food ordering, stock control, and budgets. Ensuring all food hygiene and health & safety regulations are met. Catering for dietary requirements and food allergens. Ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and effectively at all times. Requirements To be considered for this role, you'll need: Previous experience as a Chef Manager . Enhanced DBS Certificate (required). Food Safety Level 2 Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
