WHO WE WANT TO HIRE We are looking for therapists/counselors with a commitment to making a difference in the lives of children, youth and families. Our therapists: Maintain small caseloads Work with families in their homes and communities Schedule client sessions at times that are most helpful to families HOW TO JOIN OUR TEAM Minimum Requirements Graduate or undergraduate degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field. Undergraduate candidates must have at least two years’ experience working with children and families. Valid driver’s license, a vehicle in good working condition, and automobile liability insurance that meets minimum agency requirements. Residence in Clark or Cowlitz County. Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs (including some evenings and weekends). Satisfactory completion of a criminal history background check. At least 21 years of age.
