Responsibilities Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas Clean garbage cans with water or steam Maintain department cleanliness and organization, adhere to safe work and equipment practices, and follow all food safety, health and sanitation standards Requirements Prior experience in a luxury hotel setting is ideal, but willing to train the right hospitality professional looking to grow their career.
