The Direct Tax Manager will lead income tax compliance, accounting, reporting, forecasting, strategy, and analysis, while managing a team of tax professionals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee US income tax compliance, audits, planning, and reporting. Manage execution of the global income tax compliance calendar. Develop and implement strategies for tax burden reduction. Provide guidance and development for tax team members. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality. Must-Have Skills: Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and US GAAP. Proven experience leading and developing tax professionals. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
