Self Sufficiency Case Manager Central Susquehanna Opportunities Inc., Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, United States About this position CSO, Central Susquehanna Opportunities Inc., an innovative non‑profit Community Action Agency, is dedicated to helping families, individuals and communities prosper. CSO has a full‑time opening for a case manager responsible for case coordination and management of individuals and families seeking assistance with basic needs such as rent, mortgage, utility assistance, transportation, and financial literacy in Columbia County. Responsibilities Determine basic eligibility for services Assess needs Coordinate services Provide immediate intervention to increase stability Qualifications Computer skills (Word, Excel) Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education Valid PA driver’s license Act 34, 151 and 114 clearances Salary Information $20.74 hourly wage Equal Opportunity Employer Equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
