Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs. Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy in an outpatient setting, responding to a range of mental health challenges. Document clinical progress and maintain clinical notes that comply with legal, ethical, and insurance standards. Collaborate and coordinate care with medical providers, case managers, and community support organizations, ensuring comprehensive support. Regularly attend and participate in team meetings and case consultations to share best practices and receive peer input. Manage an active caseload based on your specialized areas and availability, with opportunities for telehealth and in-person sessions. Patient Population / Client Focus The diverse population we serve ranges from children to adults from various backgrounds, including underserved communities. Our clients may present with many issues, including trauma, mood disorders, and family dynamics. Your expertise in these areas and commitment to equity will play a crucial role in guiding their journeys towards mental health recovery. Qualifications A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Arizona is required. A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is essential. At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient therapy setting. Strong ethical standards and clinical judgment, along with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in your practice. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and telehealth platforms; training will be provided as needed. Preferred Experience Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable. Certification in trauma-informed care is advantageous, as is experience working with specific populations such as LGBTQIA+ individuals or veterans.
