Mechanical Project Manager - HealthcareStep into a leadership role on high-impact healthcare construction projects as a Mechanical Project Manager. In this position, you'll help deliver a major ambulatory care center / dental clinic located at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.This role offers a salary between $130,000 and $150,000, along with a strong benefits package. Candidates must be willing to relocate or spend an extended period of time in Guantanamo Bay.As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for directing all on-site mechanical construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project requirements. You'll collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate day-to-day operations and keep the project on track. From preconstruction and design coordination through final delivery, you'll play a central role in meeting government standards, staying within budget, and achieving schedule milestones.This position offers the chance to work on meaningful healthcare infrastructure projects within a mission-focused and fast-paced environment.Required qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred; high school diploma or GED requiredAdditional coursework in project management, construction management and/or mechanical tradesMinimum of 5 years of experience managing mechanical scopes on projects valued at $5 million or moreProven experience overseeing multiple projects of varying size and complexityBackground in government, military, or large commercial construction preferredDesign-build project experience highly desirableExperience working on healthcare facilities such as medical centers or dental clinics preferredProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Primavera P6 preferred (training available)Familiarity with BIM and CADD experience preferred (training available)Take your career to the next level.
