IMC Registered Nurse - Days

This is a 13-week contract position.

3x12 Hour Shifts, Days (07:00 - 19:30); every other weekend and holidays required as scheduled.

The IMC Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients in an Intermediate Care setting. The role involves monitoring patients' conditions, managing cardiac and respiratory interventions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical symptoms.
• Perform advanced nursing procedures including chest tube management and cardiac telemetry.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records using Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on health management and disease prevention.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, 3 years preferred.
• Active RN license in Maryland or Compact state.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI, and NIHSS.
• Experience with patient management in critical care or telemetry settings preferred.
