You Will Be The Sales Support Assistant, is responsible for creating/maintaining merchandise organization and administrative day-to-day tasks to support operational excellence and an elevated store environment with the goal of improving the associate and client experience. What You Will Do Processes, tracks, and follows up on special orders and repair requests; communicate status to client advisors. Assists with special events / Made to Measure / truck shows; processes and reconciles necessary invoices and client orders. Responsible for checking in / receiving new merchandise (includes ticketing, backstock organization) per division requirements. Per guidance and direction of Group/Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager, place product and merchandise in the specified area of the dept Based on changes in business priorities, complete necessary merchandise placements to ensure merchandise standards are followed Processes damages, reticketing, mark out of stocks and RTVs. Complete markdowns; signs and moves product once marked.
