AMEDISYS HOME HEALTH is looking for a full-time RN Case Manager to make impactful patient care decisions daily. You will work closely with care teams to assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans, ensuring patients receive care in the comfort of their own homes. This position requires at least one year of nursing experience, a valid RN license in Texas, and current CPR certification.
