Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality living environments for residents by handling work orders, unit turnovers, and general maintenance. This position requires a reliable, skilled technician with a background in apartment maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.Key Responsibilities:Organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers.Clean and prepare vacant units and building common areas.Maintain accurate counts of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.Coordinate with the Property Manager on parts and materials purchasing.Participate in on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.Maintain maintenance work areas in a neat, clean, and safe condition.Qualifications:Two (2) years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing.HVAC certification preferred.Skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.Valid driver's license (if required for role).Skills & Attributes:Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.Professional, reliable, and team oriented.Positive attitude and customer service mindset.Consistent attendance and reliability.Why Join Us?
