Position Summary: The Project Administrator provides administrative support for the Project Management Team. Duties & Responsibilities: Review and process all incoming contracts Coordinate transfer of information from Estimating to Production Setup and maintain electronic job files Work closely with the production team and accounting personnel for generating and processing change orders and purchase orders Prepare all project-related correspondence Understand and implement Corporate Policies and Procedures as they relate to project coordination and financial success Prepare and distribute weekly reports Responsible for all customer close-out documents Responsible for obtaining certificates of insurance and bonds per contract and project requirements Maintain and order office & breakroom supplies Provide effective and timely communication with our satellite offices, coworkers, customers, subcontractors and suppliers Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of Associates Degree in business-related curriculum Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications Experienced in electronic record keeping & file maintenance Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills Ability to multi-task and complete assignments under duress Independent thinker and self-motivator Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Disability (Short and Long Term Disability) Life Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kalkreuth-Roofing-
