Manager Games Marketing - Kids Games For our client, we are seeking a Manager Games Marketing - Kids Games to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will drive performance marketing initiatives focused on efficient acquisition, testing, and measurable revenue contribution. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a hospitality and recreation environment. Location: Los Angeles, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $210,000 – $339,000 annually Responsibilities Support and execute marketing strategy for Kids game portfolio, including varied game genres Contribute to positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that stand out in the market Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to bolster awareness and player acquisition Collaborate with game development and creative teams to translate unique game features into marketing Work with insights and analytics teams to grasp player motivations in the Kids gaming sector Leverage resources from the broader games marketing team to support campaign execution Efficiently manage marketing budgets for optimal ROI on Kids games campaigns Track performance metrics and utilize data for campaign optimization Explore cross-promotion opportunities between Kids games and the company content to enhance discovery Stay updated on kids' gaming engagement trends to enrich marketing strategies Qualifications 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in kids and family entertainment sectors Proven track record in user acquisition strategies and performance marketing Experience executing impactful marketing campaigns that yield measurable results Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple campaigns concurrentlyCreative skills for developing standout marketing initiatives targeted at children Cross-functional collaboration experience with diverse teams.
