Title: Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)

Location: Gales Ferry, CT (Southeastern Connecticut)

Schedule: Flexible Full-Time (4 days/week) or Part-Time (minimum 3 days/week)

We are looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to become part of our team at a well-established independent practice that has been serving Southeastern Connecticut since 1970. Our organization is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized healthcare while fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

• Comprehensive Primary Care: Join a respected practice that delivers a wide range of outpatient services to a diverse patient demographic aged 18 and older. This role encompasses preventive health, acute care, and chronic disease management, ensuring a fulfilling clinical experience that focuses on holistic patient care.

• Collaborative & Patient-Centered Approach: We emphasize a team-oriented model that values the relationship between patients and providers. With a manageable patient load of 18-22 individuals per day, you will have the opportunity to focus on preventive care and health maintenance, supported by a dedicated staff committed to operational excellence.
