We are seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive women’s health services within a respected, non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving Compton and the surrounding community.

Your Role

As an OB/GYN Physician, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care while supporting the overall health and well-being of women throughout the community.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care

• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of women’s health conditions

• Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans

• Educate patients regarding preventive care, reproductive health, and treatment options

• Partner with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and other members of the care team

• Help ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes

• Support community-based initiatives focused on improving healthcare access and education

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical program

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

• Active and unrestricted California medical license

• Current DEA registration

• Current BLS and PALS certifications

• Spanish/English bilingual ability is highly valued

• Experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus

• Commitment to culturally responsive, patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

Annualized salary: $300,000–$350,000 , prorated according to FTE and schedule.
