Bilingual Remote Healthcare Claims Specialist
Firstsource Healthcare
Firstsource Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support healthcare clients remotely in the United States. You will conduct outbound calls, document transactions in the host system, and adhere to schedules to ensure coverage.
The role requires compliance with regulatory guidelines, PHI safeguarding, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A High School diploma and call center experience are preferred, with bilingual pay potential.
