We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapists with valid LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW credentials to join the dynamic team at Griffin Healthcare Center. This full-time role allows for remote work from the comfort of your own home while making a significant impact on the lives of our patients. As an integral part of our outpatient psychiatric services, you will develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's mental health needs.

Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide essential mental health services from your own space while adhering to our high standards of patient care. Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient schedules. Engaging with a team of like-minded professionals in virtual meetings and consultations ensures that you will always have support and access to resources.

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing clinically sound methodologies to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, leveraging modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, and families.

  • Design and facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address prevalent mental health topics, fostering a sense of community among participants.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary professionals to create a cohesive approach to patient care, ensuring each client receives holistic treatment.

  • Provide crisis intervention services, managing acute mental health emergencies effectively and with compassion.

  • Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential health records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

  • Participate actively in team meetings, case reviews, and continuous education initiatives to enhance professional development and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • A current and valid Washington State license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT is essential.

  • In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, assessment strategies, and therapeutic practices.

  • Experience in outpatient mental health settings is highly desirable.
