Sharp Rees‑Stealy Medical Group (SRSMG) is seeking a board-certified, fellowship-trained Plastic Surgeon with Subspecialty Certification in Surgery of the Hand to join our growing Plastic Surgery program. This physician will play a key role in advancing our breast reconstruction and limb salvage programs, working closely with general surgeons and breast surgical oncology. Cosmetic surgery represents a small component of the practice, with the majority of cases focused on complex reconstructive care. Compensation Total Range: $474,509.42K-$710K+: The posted compensation range reflects the anticipated salary or compensation range for this position, as required by applicable state law. Actual total compensation may be higher and can include additional earnings such as productivity incentives, quality and performance bonuses, hospital/call stipends, extra shift pay, and other compensation components, where applicable. Providers may also be eligible for a CME allowance and a comprehensive benefits package. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
