Charge Nurse (RN) in Behavioral HealthValley Hospital Phoenix is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) with a background in Behavioral Health to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals! The Charge Nurse (RN) is a registered professional nurse who is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives.
