Up to $500 Sign‑On Bonus if hired** Nutrition Coordinator, Patient Food Service This PRN opportunity works 12‑hour shifts as needed for department coverage at Baptist Jacksonville. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements or restrictions, including preferences and tray identifiers. Support patient satisfaction and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve quality of care and services. Work with caregivers and culinary team to provide menu alternatives for patients with food allergies, sensitivities, cultural, ethnic and religious preferences, or additional selections. Manage tray tickets and assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection in a timely and accurate manner; deliver and retrieve trays from patient rooms at assigned times. Communicate problems or concerns with patients to appropriate personnel promptly, following department procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience Requirements Less than 1 year of Customer Service Experience required. Education & Credential Requirements High School Diploma/GED preferred.
