- **Required Licensure:** Nursys License/Certificate Verification. - **Credentials:** Ascension Cerner Test-Out, Pharmacology Exam, Specialty Exam, Core Competencies, EKG Exam, and Unit Specific Checklist are required during onboarding, with some being optional for submission. - **Professional Requirements:** Driver's License/State ID, Ascension Onboarding Requirements, Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding, Biometric consent, Nova StatStrip, Badge Photo, Profile, 2 Professional References, and Criminal Background Check Results are required at different stages of submission and onboarding. - **Health and Vaccine Requirements:** MMR, Hepatitis B, Health Statement, 2 Step PPD/IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), Varicella, Tdap, and 12 Panel Drug Screen are necessary for onboarding. Influenza Vaccine and Positive PPD with Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire are optional. - **Certifications and Testing:** Successful completion of various Ascension-specific tests and certifications are necessary for onboarding.
