Behavior Technician

Role: Behavior Technician responsible for delivering ABA-based therapy to children with autism. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in clinic and home environments based on individualized treatment plans. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform intervention strategies. Support behavior interventions aimed at enhancing communication, social, and daily living skills. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment delivery. Maintain documentation and adhere to clinical protocols to ensure quality care. Qualifications And Skills Interest in working with children and supporting developmental growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and data collection procedures. Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
