Position Overview

Connect Staffing Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory/Receiving Associate for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have previous inventory experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to accurately track incoming materials and maintain organized inventory records.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents.

• Enter inventory information into the computer system accurately.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update quantities as materials are received or moved.

• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items.

• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.

• Assist with inventory counts, stock checks, and inventory reconciliation.

• Communicate with warehouse and other departments regarding incoming materials and inventory needs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Previous inventory, receiving, or warehouse inventory experience preferred.

• Strong computer skills and data-entry accuracy.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to read and verify shipping documents, packing slips, and purchase orders.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining accurate records.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
