What You'll Do:

• Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a friendly and professional welcome to every guest as they arrive, setting a positive tone for their dining experience.
• Manage Reservations: Handle reservations efficiently, greet guests upon arrival, and manage seating arrangements to optimize the flow of the dining room.
• Coordinate Seating: Guide guests to their tables in a timely manner, balancing the seating chart to ensure an even distribution of guests and minimize wait times.
• Communicate with the Team: Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and address any special requests or needs.
• Handle Guest Inquiries: Answer phone calls, address guest inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Host Area: Keep the host stand, waiting area, and entrance clean and organized, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.

• Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience: Previous experience in a host or customer service role is preferred. A passion for providing excellent guest service is essential.
