Regular clinical meetings and training will keep you connected with your colleagues, enhancing your clinical competencies and teamwork.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.\n Maintain an active caseload of at least 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, managing time effectively to deliver quality care.\n Implement creative interventions to inspire clients to meet and exceed their therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and personalized strategies.\n Document all client interactions clearly and comprehensively, including treatment plans, case notes, and session summaries in accordance with organizational policies.\n Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, which may include case managers, families, school personnel, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care.\n Regularly participate in clinical supervision and staff training to enhance your skills and contribute to the overall culture of clinical excellence.\n Engage in regular feedback loops with colleagues to promote a thriving and supportive team culture.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\nYour work will primarily focus on a broad demographic, including children, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Understanding different cultural backgrounds and providing inclusive care is essential. We especially encourage applications from BIPOC, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those bilingual in other languages, as we believe that diverse perspectives enhance our service quality.Qualifications\n\n A master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.\n Current LMFT practice license required for providing clinical services.\n Demonstrated experience in clinical documentation, including intake assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.\n Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.\n Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; familiarity with Valant is a plus.\n Ability to establish and model clear boundaries with clients to maintain a professional therapeutic relationship.\n A commitment to maintaining timely documentation and a willingness to undergo a background check.\nPreferred Experience\n\n Experience working with diverse populations, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues.\n Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and previous success stories demonstrating your versatility as a therapist.\n Experience with family therapy and group therapy will be advantageous in this role.\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a potential sign-on bonus.
