Excavation Technician

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Excavation Technician to join our team. This position involves excavation work for the installation, repair, and maintenance of septic systems, sewer lines, and drainage systems.

Responsibilities:

• Operate excavation equipment including skid steers, backhoes, and related machinery
• Perform excavation work safely and efficiently
• Assist with installation and repair of septic, sewer, and drainage systems
• Follow job site safety procedures and company standards
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in excavation and machine operation
• Experience with septic, sewer, and drainage system work required
• Ability to operate skid steers, backhoes, and other heavy equipment
• CDL license is helpful but not required
• Strong work ethic and attention to safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Team player with a positive attitude
