Raytheon is seeking a Program Manager for the Terrain Following Radar (TFR) portfolio. This is a highly visible program area within the Surveillance & Tactical Radars Solutions (STaRS) portfolio working directly with the US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) other United States Government (USG) entities in all facets of the product lifecycle (production, sustainment and new development). You will be expected to set strategy, vision and direction for successful execution of ongoing programs as well as delivering new business to the portfolio. The key tenets of the AEWRS portfolio include people-centric, customer-focused execution, product affordability, product integrity, and on-time deliveries. This role is onsite located in McKinney, TX. What You Will Do Accountability for profit and loss, program execution, and EAC inputs Set program priorities, resolve conflicts and barriers, support internal and external reviews with leadership and the customer(s) Coordinating and aligning interactions, dependencies, and transactions directly with the customer(s) Provide leadership and direction to a cross functional team Understand and represent customer needs to leadership Building and maintaining excellent relationships with the customer counterparts Responsible for managing risk, opportunity, cost, quality and schedule performance Expected to support domestic travel as needed Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and 5 years experience Experience leading software development, production, and/or sustainment programs Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs with use of program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management, Scope Board, or similar business processes Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions Qualifications We Prefer Program Management Level 4 or 5 Certification, or ability to obtain within one year Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs with use of program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management, Scope Board, or similar business processes Proven success creating and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, government representatives, primes and internal peers Experienced leader competencies, especially influential communications, strategic thinking, cultivating innovation, collaboration, developing talent, customer focus, and driving results Effective interpersonal skills especially in team building and customer relationships Strong communication, dedicated work ethic, a willingness to learn on the job, and a commitment to being an active participant in our team and customer focused culture Experience working with SOCOM on government programs (large/complex) with direct customer interfaces, both internal and external Oversight and monitoring of supplier performance; develop preventive and corrective actions as necessary What We Offer Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
