Department: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: Schedule Details/Additional Information: This position qualifies for Advocate Health’s Student Loan Support Med/Surg Schedule Details/Additional Information Experience: 2 years Med/surg RN Experience Schedule: Self-Scheduled; day-to-day floating or 6-week float assignments Certifications Needed: BLS, ACLS 0.9 FTE; Full-Time Shift: Nights 1900-0730 (12-hour Shifts) Support Sites: Zone 4: Condell, Good Shepherd, Sherman, Lutheran, Masonic; OR Support Sites: Zone 5: Good Samaritan, Christ, Trinity, South Suburban, Masonic Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Where You Will Work: Advocate Health IL Float Pool is a multi‑site resource team supporting Medical Surgical (Med Surg) care across the Illinois division. Float RNs provide adaptable, high‑quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need. Teammates must be flexible, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional care in a wide variety of settings.
