We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our professional clinical team. This role is designed for a clinician who is passionate about preventative care and patient education. You will play a vital role in our practice by providing high-quality periodontal therapy and fostering long-term wellness for our patients in a supportive, modern environment.

Job DescriptionPreventative Care: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal screenings.
Patient Education: Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of preventative maintenance.
Clinical Assessment: Take and interpret high-quality digital X-rays and document patient oral health history accurately.
Collaboration: Work closely with our dentists to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Sterilization & Safety: Maintain a pristine clinical environment by strictly adhering to all health and safety protocols and sterilization procedures.
Salary Rangefull-time $40 - $50 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & ScheduleMonday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday, Saturday, & Sunday: Closed
RequirementsValid State License to practice Dental Hygiene.
Current CPR/BLS Certification.
Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience as a Dental Hygienist.
Strong communication skills and a gentle, professional chairside manner.
Proficiency in digital charting and dental software.
PreferencesExperience with advanced periodontal software or digital imaging systems.
Local anesthesia and/or nitrous oxide monitoring certification (if applicable by state).
A proactive approach to quality improvement and practice efficiency.
