Join a dedicated clinical team providing compassionate healthcare and patient management in a dynamic practice setting. Your daily duties will adapt to meet the evolving needs of the practice, ensuring excellent patient care and support.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and delegated patient care, maintaining awareness of normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk clients.
• Provide care aligned with established standards and guidelines, including responding to patient calls and triaging effectively.
• Offer reassurance, clear teaching, and guidance to patients throughout their visit.
• Ensure smooth healthcare delivery by managing medical records accurately and preparing patients for examinations, including obtaining vital signs and medical histories.
• Monitor patients for abnormal symptoms, communicate findings to physicians, and document observations thoroughly.
• Clarify physician instructions to patients upon discharge and document all medical and billing information in electronic records.
• Support physicians during testing and treatment procedures, including applying splints, managing medication samples, arranging tests, and assisting with minor surgeries and physicals.
• Obtain necessary consents for invasive procedures and immunizations, distribute educational materials, and assist patients in understanding treatment plans and medication use.
• Perform laboratory tests and maintain lab logs as prescribed.
• Maintain clinical areas by stocking supplies, organizing patient education materials, ensuring cleanliness, and sterilizing instruments.

Education and Experience Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Nursing Program.

Licensure/Certifications:

• Current nursing license valid in the applicable state.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, daytime shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
