A leading manufacturer in the flexible packaging industry is hiring Bag-Making Machine Operators experienced with Totani, B&B/BUB, or Baumer equipment to support continued production growth.

What You’ll Do

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot Totani, B&B/BUB, Baumer, or similar bag-making machines
  
  
• Perform changeovers, film roll changes, tooling adjustments, and setups
  
  
• Maintain seal quality, pouch integrity, and consistent production output
  
  
• Monitor machine performance and make minor mechanical adjustments
  
  
• Complete in-process quality checks and documentation
  
  
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production teams
  
  
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Bag-Making Operator (or equivalent)
  
  
• Hands-on setup, changeover, and troubleshooting experience
  
  
• Background in pouch manufacturing, bag-making, or flexible packaging converting
  
  
• Experience with flexible packaging materials (PE, PET, BOPP, laminates, etc.)
  
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to work assigned shifts in a fast-paced environment
