* 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise application development
* Demonstrated progression from senior software engineer into architecture, technical leadership, or enterprise solution design roles
* Experience designing enterprise-scale, cloud-native applications supporting complex business environments
* Proven success leading architecture decisions across multiple concurrent initiatives
* Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams Technical Expertise Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions utilizing technologies such as: Programming

* Microsoft Azure

* Observability and monitoring platforms (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.)
* Experience within financial services, government, healthcare, or other regulated industries
* Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery environments
