Maintenance Technician / Electrician

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Location: Orlando FL

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician/Electrician to join our manufacturing team in Orlando, FL . If you have strong industrial electrical and mechanical experience and enjoy troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment, we'd like to hear from you.

As a Maintenance Technician/Electrician, you will play a key role in keeping our production equipment running safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities include:

• Perform electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical maintenance throughout the plant.
• Troubleshoot equipment by observing operation, using precision measuring tools, and identifying mechanical or electrical issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly schematics.
• Repair or replace faulty electrical and mechanical components.
• Calibrate and adjust electrical and electronic equipment.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery using hand tools, power tools, hoists, and cranes.
• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production equipment.
• Assist with minor programming and maintenance of PLC-controlled equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and support production with timely repairs.
• Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO/TO) procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong industrial electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience assembling, installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose equipment problems and implement effective repairs.
• Experience with roll-forming equipment, CNC machinery, and brake presses.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting as required.
