About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with its founders on high-priority execution across the business. Responsibilities include researching prospects and preparing tailored outreach, developing meeting briefs and follow-up materials, keeping customer relationship records and next steps current, and turning document reviews into useful insights for prospects, partners, and investors. The role also involves coordinating work across the team, removing blockers, and taking on varied operational tasks from start to finish. Over time, the Chief of Staff may grow into a managerial role as they build broad business and technical context. The ideal candidate is highly intelligent, learns new fields and tools quickly, and uses AI tools effectively while applying sound judgment and checking the results. Strong writing skills, persistence in following through on details, self-sufficiency, adaptability, and fluency in English are required. No specific degree or number of years of experience is required. Familiarity with academic research, startups, consulting, or a founder’s office, as well as Spanish or another European language, is an advantage.
