We're seeking an Insurance Sales Rep to help customers find the right insurance solutions while building lasting relationships. You will respond to inbound leads, connect with prospective customers, prepare quotes, and guide clients through coverage options that fit their needs. This role includes comprehensive training, warm leads, mentorship, and future opportunities for leadership and agency ownership.

• First-year earnings of $70,000 to $90,000, top earners make $100k+, unlimited earning potential

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer leads
• Make outbound prospecting calls
• Present insurance quotes
• Recommend appropriate coverage options
• Close new insurance policies
• Build lasting customer relationships

Requirements

• Active Washington Property and Casualty a bonus, but we will train you if you don't have one
• Sales experience
• Strong phone communication skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Computer and CRM proficiency
• Positive, team-focused attitude
