Job Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment issues Handle general maintenance tasks: painting, lighting, minor carpentry Inspect systems to ensure safety and compliance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Communicate maintenance updates to supervisors and teams Education Requirements High school diploma or GED. Experience Requirements Minimum 3 years of facility maintenance experience Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems Ability to diagnose and fix maintenance problems independently Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety best practices Strong attention to detail and organization Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift. Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 40 pounds. Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
