Packing Position

Our client, a leader in the nutrition industry, is seeking packers to join their team. As a packer, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packing

Location: Crossville, TN

Pay Range: $17 Schedule: 1st shift Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety regulations
• Pack finished products according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking packaging materials

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle physical demands.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
• Commitment to following safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
