You ensure that our digital presence effectively tells our story, engages key audiences, and promotes programs, services, and initiatives. This role goes beyond digital marketing — it is about storytelling, engagement, and leveraging data‑driven insights to strengthen awareness, support outreach and fundraising efforts, and position CCG as a trusted leader in early childhood education. What You’ll Do Manage and execute social media, website, and digital content strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness. Develop and maintain digital content calendars aligned with organizational priorities and campaigns. Create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, video, email campaigns, and website updates. Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics to optimize engagement and campaign effectiveness. Collaborate cross‑functionally to gather stories, promote initiatives, and ensure brand and messaging consistency. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or communications.
