As an EMT with Northwest Ambulance, you will provide pre-hospital and interfacility care, transport patients safely, and represent our organization with professionalism and heart.As an NWA EMT, your core responsibilities will include:Policy & Protocol Compliance — Strictly follow Northwest Ambulance policies, procedures, and County Medical Protocols.Timely Task & Documentation Completion — Efficiently complete assigned duties and submit required paperwork promptly.Punctuality & Attentiveness — Report to shifts on time and remain alert, focused, and engaged throughout each call.Accurate Documentation — Ensure the accuracy of all patient and operational records in accordance with company policies and procedures.Patient Safety — Identify and mitigate potential risks to patient safety in accordance with established procedures.Safe Vehicle Operation — Operate the ambulance safely and responsibly, in full compliance with Washington State laws and company regulations.Team Collaboration — Partner with dispatchers, leadership, and crew members to deliver compassionate, timely care—especially during unexpected or high-pressure situations.Integrity & Service Excellence — Act with integrity, support the mission and values of Northwest Ambulance, and consistently exceed patient and customer expectations.Professional Appearance — Maintain a clean, polished appearance and uphold high uniform standards.Vehicle Readiness — Keep the ambulance clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout every shift.Additional Duties — Perform other tasks as assigned to support team and operational needs.
